Have come back to this... tried setting likelihood of No Speed to 100% (for Concorde flight) but if I pass 250kts below Fl100, PF3 still tells me to reduce to 250kts. Doesn't seem to work for some reason?

Provided you are climbing and above 3000' setting the value to 100% you should always get a 'no speed restriction' call

'should'.. yes. I don't know if I was above 3000' or not, but with the value at 100%, every time I pass 250kts I get the speed nag 'reduce speed to 250' - no 'no speed restriction' call came across at all (checked with the ATC text box)

Well since this has not been widely reported I'm going to 'assume' it's an anomaly when using XPlane.
