| This is the same problem and it's due to you having some missing DirectX files on that client. The message reads:- If you download the MS install (from the first item on our website FAQ page) and run it as Admin it should rectifiy the problem. |

| Thank you, Dave. I had installed the missing Direct X files, but I guess something has gone wrong. Reinstalling solved the problem. Everything is working now. Thank you very much for the excellent support. Fedor |
