Almost every time I add a new afcad or new airport scenery I get the same problem. The only cure which I have to do every time is to run the "bad installation" files. PFE is not really telling the truth. If the database build is ok then there should be no problems and should not generate "you need to rebuild the database" message if it has already told you that the rebuild is ok!!!

That's something that I can try Vololiberista. Thank you.
I will try that and let you know if it works for me also. Maybe it will at least be a temporary fix.
David is looking into it also, so I hope he can come up with why PFE is doing that.

Thank you very much David.
Deleting the 5 PFE_FSX_ files in the Data folder and letting PFE regenerate them by rebuilding the datafiles, got me back online.
I really appreciate the great support that comes with PFE and FDC. :D
