Maybe a complete reinstall with everything turned off may do the trick, try reinstalling into a different panel rather than Main panel,i use FS Panel Studio from Flight 1 to install the gauge into different panels.

Did a complete removal of PFE ensuring that all previous history had been removed, and that UAC was turned off. Re-installed but when connecting and requesting taxi instructions TGS showed the green arrow which instantly disappeared. Oral instructions are working.
PFE is installed in C:/PFE and all installs were done as an administrator

regards

Brian

Somethings not right here...i'm not sure if something is missing from your system, maybe a file used by PFE,has your AV quarantined a file..apart from a complete re-install of windows and FS inc PFE,not sure of what else to try.

Unfortunately the gauge has a mind of its own and I'm not a gauge programmer, which is why I wrote the standalone tgs.

In the Options screen there are some TGS options. Try checking the "use heading bug" box. This should give you the same visual cues using the heading bug instead of the arrow on the TGS gauge. I've found that using the heading bug does not work with all planes, but it seems to work with most of them. And of course you'll want the audio guidance as well.
