I checked and PFE has full permissions so I don't get what's going on, I'll have to dig deeper.

Coincidentally, Avira is forever telling me RemoteText is a virus or unwanted program and tries to delete it, much to my consternation. I've even added this file to Avira's exception list, but it totally ignores this and flags it up anyway! This, I can live with. ZA, on the other hand, needs sorting. Thanks again guys, your product and support is superb.
