this atc and best on the market without doubt, but I have a problem because when I will make adjustment in altitude emulator ProFlight appear repeated waypoints and some do not appear in a flight plan that I created!!?

do flight plans or both fsbluid fs2004 fscommander

That is correct, some of them are virtual waypoints and can be used for step climb and descents

Don't worry about it, they are intermediary waypoints inserted by PF2000.... it works!
