Not being sure that this was a PFE issue, I posted at AVSIM, but maybe somebody here might be able to help. Easiest to post the link to the thread, I think,

Was you using a weather programme,you can tell PFE what runways to take-off and land on from options screen 2 (try sids and stars tab)

ActiveSky.. I think the issue is not with PFE itself. I didn't think FS9 ATC would allow for takeoffs at the opposite end of runways that are being used for landings. Never seen this before - may be a one off..
