Thanks Dave have done this now, was just a little dubious of doing this before clearing the cache which I wasn't too sure where to find, but all seems to be okay now, many thanks.

May I ask one further question, I couldn't find where to enter my cruise speed it states there is a box where we enter this value in mach or knots couldn't find where to enter that on the panel
many Thanks
Richard (Nagoya)

Are we talking FDC or PMDG and what speed do you mean?

Hi Dave thanks so much for the prompt reply
Looking at the FDC live cockpit 2011 manual bottom of page 82 "enter the maximum cruise speed of your aircraft"
manual states 'you can enter this in either Mach or Knots leaving the other value 0 a value is required in one of these boxes leaved the unused box 0, I'm not sure where these boxes are to enter this data

I'll be using the PMDG B747-400 Queen of the skies with FS2004
For b747-400 max cruise speed is 0.80-085 Mach
or long range cruise 496 Kts
Just wonder where I would enter this data on the Cruise either in Mach or Knots and which box to leave blank.

Thanks again Dave, sorry i'm a bit slow at this !

Regards Richard (Nagoya)

I used KTS for my values.

I suggest downloading my profile for PMDG 747 and then tweaking any values you so wish, use it as a template for your own to get an idea of where the values go etc
