I don't know if my memory is getting worse as I get older...
...I just can't remember how it used to be!

Since the last post I tried again and things worked properly- I don't believe I did anything differently. In any case, the log was overwritten by the successful one. Next time something happens I will, though.

Any advice on why the displayer .exe won't start?

thanks

The only thing I can think of that could be stopping the program starting is that you have a missing OCX fild. Check in your Windows\System32 folder for a file named MSFLXGRD.OCX

I am gonna check it when I get home, but how can restore it if it wasn't there?

I don't have that file in my Windows/System32 folder, but I do have it in my Windows/sysWOW64 folder. Should I just copy and paste it over? I'm using windows 7 64 bit by the way.

thanks

I've just found my file in SysWOW64 folder,my guess is that's where it belongs...

If you need that file urgently i'll zip it over to you..

I found the file, but the displayer still doesn't work.
