Post subject: PFE Daterbase Problem

After I run the MakeRunways from the main FSX folder and then start the PFE Daterbase Refresh Process the "Select RUNWAYS.CSV from FS9 or FSX" window opens showing a "runways.csv". When I click on this and open, a message pops up reading, "Can't find the FS9 or FSX installation folder! Please ensure you have run the MakeRunways utility....."
I have reinstalled PFE a few times and never had this problem before.
Any help will be most welcome.

Try using the browse button to locate the file again
