Hello again...previous to my last message, it is unfortunate that I am unable to continue using the Pro Flight Emulator Deluxe program due to its technical difficulties.
I have tried my very best to install the 2.14 update from your support forum here on this site, following instructions carefully read.
Apparently, the update has failed to work on my system. It was tried on both windows XP Windows Vista systems; leaving many technical difficulties on the computers.
I have emailed simMarket who I had purchased the original PFE 1.8.4 software from and they have asked me to return Pro Flight Emulator Deluxe to their company for a refund.
I was looking very forward to a program that would have enhanced my enjoyment in using Flight Simulator X.
Having seen videos on You Tube of PFE, it is something some of us can only dream of.
I cannot understand why no up to date software is available on DVD for sale direct from companies like simMarket in the first place. At the end of the day I just couldn't get my head around it.
I even had help from someone I know who has far more knowledge than myself in computer software who also found it extremely difficult in the installation and working of PFE.

If you purchase from our publisher (Aerosoft) they have the very latest version available both as download and CD

Dave it would probably be a good idea to have a word with Aerosoft and get them to make the new installer available in their updates section of the Aerosoft website like they do for ever other product they sell. Old customers currently cannot download the new installer from Aerosoft, I've just tried adding the product that I purchased from FSPilotShop to the registered product area at Aerosoft, it registered fine with the Aerosoft installer key that was supplied by FSPilotShop, but when going to the actual product update support page for PFE it is just a page of questions and answers, there are no updates at all like there are for all the other products that Aerosoft sell. In one of the questions in the FAQ they are actually telling customers to come to the Oncourse website to get updates

Anyone can register PFE at the Aerosoft website and get updates even if they didn't actually buy PFE directly from them, that's one of the great things about products that are sold through the Aerosoft installer, its just a shame that they haven't currently got the PFE updated installer listed in their updates page yet.

Hi, Thanks for the advice.
Do you think that I should still send it back at all?
I feel it is a good idea, or to keep it and need it
for an updated version?
Sending it back, get a refund and wait for a newbie?
I don't want to lose out on a refund if that is in for a chance with simMarket.
Please let me know.
Much appreciated.

Cheers,
and best regards,

Mark.
