Inibuilds have updated there London Heathrow scenery,i have a feeling they have included 2 more ATIS Frequencies being 113 and 117 and as i have updated PF3 database it has included them in PF3 FS20 ATIS file.
I tried to do a flight but had to abort it as it was telling me to tune to 113.xxx freq and as my Fenix A320 comms radio wasn't allowing me to do this...so i deleted the 2 abnormal frequencies and PF3 works fine, Flight and ATIS file included with log.
These frequencies are ok in the real world as i have an airband radio so i know i could tune into these if i so wish,

I think this may be a 25kHz/8.33kHz radio issue, if the Fenix A320 supports 8.33kHz radio.
In order to tune to 113.75(0) you may need to actually set 113.755 on your aircraft radio.
The attached test program will connect to FSUIPC to show you what is currently being sent to PF3, and which mode COM1 is using.
Each time you press 'Enter' it re-reads the values; 'q' will quit.
