How do I re-install?

Several months ago, I tried to install version 3.19.0 of PF3,
and was not succesful. I would like to try again.

ON the "PF3 Full Installer Download Request" page,
I entered the older activation code which is "not valid"
anymore.

How do I re-download the necessary files?
PS: the old activation code ends in: .......F3ZN
