There are no specific instruction for installing it into MSFS. It's a standalone application. Install it wherever you wish. You can have multiple versions of FS you only need one version of PF3 installed. I run it with FS9, FSX, P3D and MSFS. Provided you use the correct version of FSUIPC with FS that's all you need to worry about.
