I experienced several issues with the latest beta.

1) Transponder code was not auto set.
2) Frequencies were not auto tuned
3) tgs.exe gave a microsoft windows warning when loading, minimized FSX and went out to warning message
4) Never received takeoff clearnce, tuned manually to tower and than responded to ground and asked for taxi

Reporting for your testing purposes, as I understand this is a beta, but I have never had these issues before.

Paul

Well I can't recreate this problem unfortunately. Would you mind running with the attached debug version... I don't need a complete flight, just go through clearance to the point where ATC tell you to contact ground on xyz, then disconnect PF3 and exit. Then attach the log for me please.

Mmmmh, well according to the log there's absolutely nothing wrong and the transponder was set. So, if you're not seeing it being set then it must be the aircraft, although PF3 can actually read it too because it frequently checks to ensure the transponder is set correctly throughout your flight.

Dave,

I am attaching my log just for reference. Everything appears to have worked correctly on my end this time. Transponder was set and frequencies changed from clearance to ground automatically.

Is it ok to keep using the version you sent, or will that cause issues.

Thanks for your support.

Paul

Some high end aircraft like PMDG,Fenix etc do not set the transponder,it will be set by PF3 but does not automatically set in cockpit,so therefore manual intervention is required.

Well before it was always set by PF3 in the FBW a32nx, this time it stayed on 7000.
But I'm on the Development version of a32nx with regular updates (sometimes daily) so it might well be that something changed in the a32nx soft.
Cheers,
Luc

Hi Luc,
I'm guessing it's down to the coding,FBW and Headwinds should do it,such as Fenix or PMDG that seem to be really high end won't,
