Anyone any idea why I frequently get this error?

Error: 13 - Desc: Type mismatch in PopulatePlans at Loc: 220

Please zip and attach your PF3.INI file from your main PF3 folder

Mmmmmh... I honestly don't know!

I even ran my PF3 with your INI file and it was fine. It doesn't really cause any problems, simply fails to put the following title at the top of your flight plan list
