Cannot unzip Installer 3.16.0

How big is the file? The correct size is 2,708,512 KB - if you don't have that then the file is incomplete.
We may have identified an issue with the download server, we're looking into it further.
Unfortunately until you get the complete file none of the available zip utilities will be able to open it correctly.

I have downloaded a zip file containing 3 files for the 1st time

PF3_Installation_setup.exe 469kb
pf3_installation_setup-2.bin 382247kb
pf3_installation_setup-1.bin 1464376kb

However it grinds to a halt at pf3_radz.exe when it says the file is currupted.

Giving up for today before the computer goes through the window
