Problems with PF3 captions window

Hi,
Since installing PF3 3.21.10 (although all versions of 3.20.x are affected )to my new windows11 PC I have lost the PF3 captions window.The voices sound but the window does not appear, the ACARS window is operating OK.Is this me or is it a known issue.I would appreciate your help
pf3.ini and debug_monitor.log attached
