Absolutely no rush, but I'd love to know why I got no landing clearance (and subsequent ATC instructions) until well after I was on the ground. Is there something in the current beta that caused this? Or was it me? I am in Mode 2 though and am so used to relying on 'my co-pilot' (VCP) to deal with ATC at that stage of the flight, whilst I land the plane (as, I suppose, is fairly realistic) that once I am established on the localizer and descending to FAF, I often don't pay all that much attention to what PF3 is telling me (telling the VCP, that is!) - I assume that PF3 will automate everything; as it usually does. So what went wrong here (just in case it's something that needs fixing 'your end')? Thanks! :-)

You didn't get landing clearance because you landed on the wrong runway. You were cleared for approach to runway 01:

22-Oct-23 10:27:15 PM: 980 - Transcript: 'Link 1955 Alpha at Oscar Kilo Lima Alpha Sierra Descend and maintain 2 thousand Cleared to final for Sierra Tango Approach runway 01 when ready Contact Tower on 118.1 when established. '

but you decided to land on 19, without requesting a runway change. VCP will contact Tower when you are lined up on final for the ASSIGNED runway, so if you want to land on a different runway you need to request a runway change.

Thank you for looking (and apologies) Dan! I clearly forgot to change the setting in PF3 before I started the flight on that occasion, and then didn't pick up on the landing instruction to the 'wrong' (as I'd have seen it) runway. ;)
