Neither the Acars window nor the shortcut window is displayed

It's really frustrating. Neither the Acars window is displayed nor the shortcut window. I had switched to the web display in between, but because I found it more inconvenient, I switched back to the in-game display. After connecting, the sound from the Acars is played, and I can also submit my clearance with (0), but neither the Acars window is displayed nor the shortcut window. Immediately after the purchase, it took hours until it was finally displayed and I don't know what caused, after switching back from the web view to the in-game display,

Used Closed Caption Mode = 1
Use Remote Text = 0
Use PF3 Display = 0
Use PF3 Caption Window = 1
Close Window at Trx end Delay 15 Seconds
Display ATC to you only = 1

Does not work for me, sorry

** I've moved this topic here (from PF3 WEB Display Support) as I believe that the problem relates to PF3 configuration & use, rather than Web Display **

Please can you attach the latest debug_monitor.log file (see top of forum) as that provides additional information so that we can assist you.
