Hello.
I just updated my FDC on another computer but I can not remember how to change the time delay before parking checks begin.
Thanks.

Provided you have the latest version it's in the readme

ADDED a configurable delay after applying parking brakes at
your destination before the final checks are called. This delay
defaults to 30 seconds but you may change this if you wish by
adding...

FinalChecklistDelay=XX

...to the FDC.INI file under the [Checklist] section, where XX
is the number of SECONDS you wish the delay to run before
the checklist is played.

Thank you Dave.
I am almost finished installing everything on the new WIN 7 drive now but I was just thinking about re doing all my check lists for all the airplanes,it would take quite some time. Is there any way to copy from the Vista drive, which is very complete, and transferring all that data over to the 7 drive? Just a thought.

Thanks Dave, that worked fine. I have all my data but when I press the select aircraft button I get a run time error 57.
Any thing else I have to do?( I have put the original data file back in until I hear from you)

That's strange.... an error 57 indicates the device (disk) is not ready.

Are you sure you 'copied' the data folder across and not simply created shortcuts to it?

It's probably a permissions problem because you copied the files over, make sure you have full ownership of the files so that Dave's software can read and write to the files and folders in question.

Thanks guys.
I think it was the custom profile that was active that was causing the problem,so I just changed it to a default one, installed the data file, and it is now working fine.
This has saved me so much time, and I thank you.
