Permanent Radio Background Noise And PTT Question

Hello,

on my last flight, I encountered the known issue that the radio background noise is permanently audible, even if nobody is transmitting. In this particular case, it happened after I switched back to the departure frequency to ask again for the first center frequency, as I had jotted it down incorrectly. I asked "Say again", and I heard two different voices answer, and from that point on the background noise stayed. I've attached the logs, maybe they can help you identify the problem.

Secondly, I have the question if my PTT button is registered by PF3. I am talked over more than I like, especially after traffic announcements. So if someone could have a look a the logs to confirm the PTT is registered, that would be great - thanks!
