Hello:

I have an issue and maybe you have any solution. I like to run FSX in full screen mode. If I understood well, there's no more PFE addon menu, so, in order to connect PFE with the sim, I need to switch to windowed.

ANd here come my problems: for me, as many other users, after switching to windowed with ALT-ENTER, returning to full screen is a no-go. I use ATI 5870 with 10.4 Catalyst drivers, but has happened also with other drivers and also with nvidia card. So I believe is is a FSX issue.

Is there a way for connecting with PFE from full screen? Like a hotkey?

Good question, I have the same problem. hopefully someone can respond.

Just picked this up from another forum, I don't know if it works I haven't tried it yet. Credit goes to Nick Needham though.

Best way to do this:

a. when switching to the desktop do not use any ALT or other key, simply hit the WINDOW button (may take one or two hits on the key to drop to desktop)

b. when going back to FSX, click the MSFS button on the taskbar, then hit the ENTER key

that should take you right back to FSX
