Sadly, I can't recall having uninstalled anything those days: I only installed Orbx freeware airports (before the issue arose), then Editvoicepack XL (after opening this thread), and then an update to the Fenix A320 for MSFS (yesterday). Hell, I can't even remember having updated Windows! I'm perplexed :?

Is it there a repair function in PF3? Even with SSDs, PF3 install takes ages :cry:

I reinstalled. And guess what? It. Didn't. Work :cry: :cry: :cry:

I'm out of ideas, and I can't afford a reformat; it will take a month until I'm back to normal...

Please attach all the files in your PF3\Flight\FPP folder

As requested. This was after uninstalling, deleting the remains of the PF3 folder and reinstalling.

Any other file you may need from my side?

Ah! You see the data being created is incorrectly formatted. There are comma characters in the lat/lon coordinates and frequencies, where the should be a decimal point

sWPLat=-089,58
sWPLon=-098,90
sWPFreq=1291,00

This is a windows regional setting. I know you say you've checked before but please check this again

Required change:

Open 'Windows Settings'

Select 'Time & Language'

Select 'Language' in the left column

Select 'Administrative language settings' from the right-hand column

From the popup display (under 'Language for non-Unicode programs') select 'Change System Locale'

Unselect 'Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support' if selected

Then select 'English UK' for the 'Current System Locale'

Select 'OK' to confirm then exit Windows settings.

You 'may' have to restart Windows at this stage.

Please retry PF3 and let us know how you get on

Thanks, Dave. I thought something similar when I first saw the frequency errors at SABE. Are your instructions for Windows 7 or 10? This is because Win10 has practically two control panels (the old XP-style one and the new 10-style one).

I changed the system locale to US, and then back to OK (to make the settings, er, "stick"). However, it still does not work. This is what I've got:

But now that I look carefully, instead of saying GenerateFlightProfile error, it says FPP error. Will this mean something? I'm attaching the new FPP folder
