Hi Dave,

This is the debug_monitor file for a flight FYWI to FAAB. All of the ATC accents I heard were American until crossing the border into South Africa when African accents were heard.

I didn't hear any commercial AI traffic so can't speak for Namibian pilots.

John

Interesting... looks like that one slipped through, although I'd put money on it there will be a few more too!

Assuming you're using the 'Extended' sectors (which I'd highly recommend) you could try changing the data manually.

If you open the CenterSectors.dat files from your PF3\Data folder and search for Radar,69, you should find the following.

The 5th and 6th fields (comma delimited) are showing as 6,11. Which is Canadian/German??? Go figure!

If you wanted to change this to be the same as the remainder of your flight just change the entries to be 1, 5 (African/British)

Let me know if this works for you and I'll change the master files and include it with the next release so you changes aren't overwritten

Thanks Dave, I will try that and report back.

Part of the pleasure of FS for me is to visit places all round the world, and you may be comforted that I haven't spotted any anomalies like this elsewhere.

Best regards,

John

Yes, I can confirm that has sorted things nicely, Dave.

Many thanks.

Great, I'll make those changes in the master copy so any forthcoming updates won't overwrite yours
