Hello, I read the documentation but could not find an answer to my question: can Web display and the captions window be displayed in MSFS 2020 in virtual reality ? If so how do I set it up ? Thank you for the help

You can configure Web Display as an In Game Display in MSFS (details are in the documentation) so I believe that this should make it available in VR - I don't use VR myself, or have any means of testing this, so can't be certain.
I think it might be difficult to provide closed captions in VR as I believe they use a separate window - I suspect that your VR headset is 'tied' to the main game window. It may be possible to provide closed captions as an in-game display - I'll see if I can find time to look into that.

Thank you, I managed to display web display in VR through its in game panel. It would great to have the same with the window captions

Have you tried turning on the In-Sim Captions Window?
You can find it under 'Options #2', 'Advanced Options and INI File Tweaks', 'View P3D / MSFS Options'
Under 'Captions Window', tick 'Use PF3 Captions Window' and set the other options to suit.
(You may also want to look at the 'PF3 Information Messages' section on that page)
You will also need to enable 'Use Closed Captions mode' under 'Options #1', 'Misc Options' for this to work.

Yes I have this option enabled but it does not display in virtual reality, only on a 2D screen
