Freq error message

I just reinstalled PF3 and After I tune the radio to the atis freq from the keyboard and transmit I get an error message that my radio isn't tuned to a freq and the freq in the error message are the same as my radio. Does the same thing for clearance. attached is the log file

You are running the base installation, version 3.0.0, which is very, very old and unsupported.

Please download/install the latest cumulative updates package, from the maintenance release post above'
