I just had a similar problem with windows for PF3_Display, TGS_Display and RemoteText no longer visible on my MSFS flying PC. I had recently done a reallocation of monitors between my MSFS flying PC and a network client I use for some MSFS addons.

Following the instruction in this thread, I deleted the ValueData for LastSavedState of each of the relevant registry keys (all grouped together under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\VB and VBA Program Settings) and that solved it.
