Question due Finger Trouble

Another hopefully simple general question. If like me you clumsily select "8" instead of "L" and "8" to request a lower altitude but instead get "Amending your plan for you to proceed to alternate". Is there anyway to say "No dont do that. Let me proceed to my filed destination"?

Oh dear, I'm afraid not, but it's a good idea. I'll look into adding it for a future release
