Just purchased this ATC program, two issues which are giving me problems in the early days of use.

1. I am constantly plagued by requests by the virtual pilot to ATC for changes in height for cloud or turbulance, I am getting height instructions which would take me into space

2. I am using 'CP Mode 2', when I get clearance, the Virtual Pilot immediately then asks for pushback, then immediately asks for taxi, it all seems a little unrealistic.

Am I missing some options which would resolve these issues.

Sounds to me like you have some hotkey conflicts somewhere. The main default PF3 hotkeys are the same as MSFS ATC hotkeys, so you need to change the later

It seems there are shortcuts assigned to my graphics card software which co-insided with those assigned to PF3 atc shortcuts.
