Have you tried running PF3_Register.exe as Admin (eg. right-click and select 'Run as Administrator') because the error is caused by PFE_Net.dll not being registered on your system. Perhaps check the file is actually in your main PF3 folder in case your AV has moved it to quarantine (it does happen)

I ran PF3_register.exe about a half dozen times as admin. The PFE_net.dll is in the folder.

Got it working finally. Read some posts on this forum, tried several things, and now it works.

BTW, this is the first chance I have had to fly the new version of PF3. Great job, it is pretty slick!!!
