Just purchased this product after several favorable reviews.
I have, however, just after activating the software on its first run, gotten the following error.

Your voice set installation is not complete!

PF3 is unable to continue. We apologise for the inconvenience
The only log file I have is 'startup'. Is this sufficient?
A few bits of info - Ryzen 7 1800x, this is being installed on a separate ssd with plenty of storage remaining.
Any help is appreciated. I have to say - a little frustrating that the initial system check did not go through prier to me activating to begin with, but that's niether here nor there.
