Hi,

I recently updated PF3 and shorty after discovered that some voices appeared missing so I ran the PF3 Validation and it said I had 77 files missing. I decided to have a clean up and do a fresh install.

Using the Full Installer I had, v3.0.0 , it all installed into D:\PF3 perfectly well, I then ran the "Validate your PF3 installation" and it ran perfectly and said there were no errors.

I then updated to v3.10.2 which installed without any errors, however, when I now run the Validation it comes up with the following error:

ERROR in the "ValidateNow" routine!
Err: 76 Desc: Path not found Loc: 130

I have uninstalled and re-installed and then used the cumulative upgrade directly but I still get the same error message. The program is running with Full Admin rights as was the Cumulative upgrade.

The pf3_validate.log file states

------------------------------------------
PF3 Installation Validation
------------------------------------------
This report will identify any missing files from the full PF3 installation.

If you find any any missing files in this report please notify OnCourse Software
support at www.ocs-support.co.uk/forums

Running from: D:\PF3

Checking Program and Data folders

ERROR in the 'ValidateNow' routine!

Err: 76 Desc: Path not found Loc: 130

------------------------------------------------

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.

Ah, I thought I'd fixed that problem, but obviously not, although it is in 3.10.3

As a workaround please move the Skins2 folder (and all its content) from your main PF3 folder into the PF3\Data folder
