Ran latest Update, no closed caption

I have tried using the updated version for a few days. Closed Text is still erratic, sometimes in green Text, sometimes FSUIPC multiline text and sometimes no text at all. I have decided to go to my backup- pre-update version where everything works correctly all the time.
