Running a new install of PFE and have problems with updating the database.
Have run Makerunways but am unable to finish the process.
Path incorrect etc.
Help please.
For some reason the runways.csv is saved in Appdata/Local/ etc.
Thanks

Thank you Dave
I have run from the FSX folder many times but the files end up in this folder path.
C:\Users\Win 10\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X
The files there have the date/time they were created but even if I copy them into the FSX folder the database still cannot be updated.

When running PFE Databse Options, if I select the runways.csv from the VirtualStore path I get this message
"Can't find the FS9 or FSX installation folder!"
If I select the copied files I put into the FSXinstallation folder I get this messge
"Err.75 Path/file access error - ERl: 1100"
Thank you Dave

Problem solved.
PFE was running in an old compatibility mode
