Hello,

I have built a new rig with new OS. I didn't actively 'uninstall' PF3 from my old rig and now I the installer won't allow me to install my paid-for PF3 on my new system.

How do I rectify this?

Thanks,

spy

What exactly is the problem? The installer really doesn't care what os you have or if you have a previous installation of pf3 so I don't understand how it could prevent you from installing again.

I don't know if my memory is getting worse as I get older...
...I just can't remember how it used to be!

Sorry, my mistake. The problem is with the activation, not the install.

I've now just sent an email.
