Runways.CSV not the same as in root folder of SIM

Hi All

Just ran makerunways

Then came to rebuild PF3 DB and noticed the date and file sizes are different

Anything I have missed?

PF3 doesn't move that file or alter it in any way so it's not an issue for the rebuild.
