PF3 uninstaller detected as Trojan

Today I've received this report from Windows Defender (I'm using Windows 10):

Now the uninstaller is a Trojan??
Now Trojan..PNG (31.78 KiB) Viewed 1498 times
I thought I've excluded PF3 folder from the AV, but I guess when I reinstalled, I used another folder. Anyway, please confirm me if the uninstaller is safe, as I guess. Win10 is, from my point of view, too paranoid for my liking.

Yes, of course, PF3 does not contain any dangerous virus (Trojan or otherwise). Anti Virus programs check for certain signatures in executable code and because all our code is scrambled and compressed it is possible to 'recreate' certain footprints that produce these false positives.

I can assure you all our code is clean.
