Uninstalling PFE removes components needed by PF3 (+Solution)

Just a quick heads-up:
I uninstalled PFE today. After this PF3 no longer was able to start, because SCLabel.ocx and other things were removed from the system.
Installing the runtime files from PF3's FAQ did not help and I wanted to avoid a full re-install of PF3.
The solution I found was to download and install the PF3 demo.
When uninstalling the demo again, it asks if some shared components should be removed. Just don't remove them and PF3 will continue working.
