I just noticed your topic "Having problems installing voice pack?"

So what your saying is I hv to go back to version 2.0 before I can install the free voice expansion pack eh?
That means I now have to uninstall my paid verson pack,go back to version 2.0 then start all over with voice packs
installation and then update back up to 2.11 ?
Have I got that right?Tim

Tim,
you do not need to fully uninstall your PFE program, only the PFE.exe, hence the update it takes you back to version 2.0 or something like that and then you can install the Voice Packs.
Once they are installed, then add the voice Packs enhancement set and then hit the updates button to get it back to the latest version.
Please re-read the topic before you attempt to "repair" the voice pack install and if neccessary write down the instructions off the screen to assist you....

Tim,

Part 2 of 3 ?????

What exactly are you trying to install.... the EXPANSION pack (which you purchase) or the FREE ENHANCEMENT pack.

Reference to PFE version 2.0 would only relate to very early versions of the Expansion Pack installer and you would get a message telling you you need PFE version 2.0 or later installed, but that was corrected nearly 2 years ago.

I think you're confused and you are also confusing me.

Please be more specific as to what you're doing Tim otherwise it's almost impossible to help

Oh Boy.Ya.........I guess I'm confused.
I first installed the pack I bought. No problem.
I then installed(tryed to) the free pack from this site.
It installed 62% part 2 of 3.
Then it hung up there. It wld not complete the install.
I tryed 3 times with no luck.Last try I waited for about a hour.No change.
Sorry if I'm confusing you.
I'm on version 2.11
I read another post that to make the install work a guy has to be on version 2.10
Your confused David?
Me too
Tim

It's no problem Tim and you can ask as many questions as you like.... just give us all the information when you post and that saves us all a lot of time bouncing posts back and forth

Glad you got it licked although I'm baffled as to why it took so long.
