If you're referring to the Voice Enhancement Pack then I very much doubt you paid anything for it at all, because it's free. If you did then I want to know who was charging you for it. However, if you're talking about the Voice Pack Expansion pack then yes, you would have to pay for it.

I think you'll find you purchase the Expansion pack not the Enhancement pack

Please provide a link to the item as it may well be just a 'descriptive' error which has confused you

My installer reads as such:

Proflight Emulator-Voicepack_V100.exe

No you haven't been taken for a ride...that one you have to pay for,it's the Enhancement thats FREE

So,do I install the free one in this forum first then install the one I bought?

NOOOO,
You must install the Voice Pack first(the one you paid for)
Then you can install the Enhancement Pack,if you do it in reverse order it wont work...simple as that!!
