Hi--

When I go to the Add A New Facility page and type in the ICAO for the airport
I'm interested in, PF3 crashes. Tried it multiple times, and tried a second
airport code, but the same thing happens every time. :|

I'm running Windows 10, using FSX, if that's any help.

Thanks for your attention.

Works fine here (PF3 3.1.18 on Windows 7 with FSX), so let's see what's different:
Did you get a crash report with the option to upload a log?
Full or demo?
Which version numer?
Installed in which path?
Can you show us the contents of the PF3\Data\ directory where file sizes and dates can be seen? (start "cmd", then type something like "dir C:\path\to\PF3\Data", then copy&paste or a screenshot)
Can you attach a zip with the contents of the PF3\Logs\ directory directly after such a crash happens?

Is this a new installation?

Have you run the database rebuild

Gentlemen,

Thanks so much for the prompt responses. Please find attached the zip file of the
error report.

Informatively, I'm running the full version of PF3, and the path is C:/FS Addons/PF3.
Version is 3.1.18.

This log only shows a crash of PF3 after you did a flight and probably closed FSX before disconnecting PF3.
And still there are some unanswered questions above.

You should run a database rebuild.
But given the problems you reported in the other thread, you might want to start with a fresh installation.

I'm thinking that as well.
