Hi,
The far-reaching woes of a computer crash. I have lost everything in a HD crash last week. Trying to reinstall everything is worse than moving one's household to a different state, I can tell you.
My email address has changed since I first installed PFE too, so that just adds to the mess.
So I got PFE to reinstall up to 2.11.1 and seems to be working on Windows 7, but I cannot get the ProFlightEmulator-VoicePack_V100 to install because I don't have the serial number it wants for installation. I went on Aerosoft's site and created a new account because they no longer recognized my old account. There is no record of my purchase there, but I did buy it from Aerosoft on 12/13/2008 according to my bank records. I also see that there is a version V200 as well. Is that another charge or is that a free upgrade? I also have the XPack 2 to install once the above is installed. Is this the same thing as V200 by any chance or is Xpack 2 something entirely different?
I am getting very confused at this point - what do I do now?
In Frustration,
Dolph98

You need to contact Aerosoft and tell them that you've changed you email address so they can change their records.

There's absolutely nothing I can do for you here as they (Aerosoft) handle the registration, etc and it is their system on which you have/had an account

I don't know if my memory is getting worse as I get older...
...I just can't remember how it used to be!

Yessir, got it done. Thanks. I have everything installed and will take PFE for her maiden voyage on Windows 7 this weekend. I just have to remember to "Run as Administrator".

I run PFE and FDC won Windows 7 and do not have to 'Run as Administrator'. I'm obviously signed in as Admin.

It's a habit of mine. The program "nHancer" does not do what it's supposed to do for the graphics card unless I run it as admin. I just set the shortcuts to run as admin as a precaution.
