VCP Mode1 not changing Freq

Hey Dave,

It seems as if the VCP in mode 1 is no longer changing the freq. I always start in mode 0, then advance to mode 1 during taxi. This has happened on all flights since the latest update. All other modes work normally. Logs attached.

I flew today and it appears this issue has been resolved with the new update.
