Afraid not, I need to investigate further with fs2020 but unfortunately since the most recent update my FS doesn't run at all so I need to address that first. Looks like a complete reinstall is required and I live in a very rural spot with very slow internet. Ah the joys...

My demo is still not showing the Caption window. I notice that your latest version (3.10.2) shows "FIXED a problem that would prevent the new In-Sim windows working in P3D/FS2020 unless you had the 'Use PF3 ATIS' option selected" and was wondering if this could affect the demo mode?

Hope that you have your FS troubles sorted out. It's not fun reinstalling.

Provided you have the latest demo i.e. you redownloaded it after the release of 3.10.2 then you are running the same code

I never could get a consistent text window in P3D, finally gave up, and went back to pre-update version which works with zero problems.

Well finally got FS2020 up and running now on two machines and have just tried the latest PF3 Demo and of course all the In-Sim windows display no problem. So please let me have your latest Debug_Monitor.Log file and I'll run with your exact settings just to see what happens. There's either a setting somewhere that's preventing it working on your machine but failing that it must be a system issue

Logs attached. Really appreciate you helping me out even though at this stage I am only using the demo version. I would really love to have the Caption option working as one of the demo controllers is just about impossible to understand.

Okay, here's what I did. I used all your PF3.INI file settings (they are included in the debug log) and the only thing I changed was the path to my flight plans. Started FS2020, loaded flight plan into PF3 and connected. Here's the result...
So are you saying you're only getting two windows displayed?

Correct. I get the ACARS and I only get the Hotkey window if I use the key combination, it doesn't show automatically. I do not get the top window at all. A mystery to me.

Well I'm still looking at it... it has to be system related, although it doesn't make sense you see 2 windows but not the third. Will keep you informed going forward. Thanks for your help so far

Please extract the attached into your main PF3 folder and let me know if the Caption window appears when you connect to FS
