How to add airports into PF3 data base (P3d 45)

Could some help me, and answere how can i add airports to PF3 data base.
I have instaled instambul LTFM airport but i can use flight plan to this airports becouse this is airport whom isn't in PF3 data base. I use make runway but i doesn't work, as i remember PF3 has own airports data base.

No, by using MakeRwys, PF3 uses any airport within FS. If MakeRwys is not finding your new airport you would need to raise the issue with the developer on the FSUIPC support forum.
