Hello
I've had a great couple trouble free years with pf3. I get through clearance delivery, take off clearance then, when I contact ground for taxi and runway assignments. I get [call sign} "standby", then it repeats "standby" agin. Then nothing. PF3 doesn't crash. It just hangs like it is waiting for a reply. I use CP mode 2 so the replies are all automatic. The only thing that has changed is I installed PMDG's NGXu.

I did multiple flight after installing the NGXu without issue. This just started last night. Do ya think adding a livery to the ngxu could've broke something?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

David Warner

The only chance we have of helping is if you attach the debug_monitor.log file from your PF3/Logs folder. So, if the last flight you did had the problem please add the file. If not then recreate the problem then attach the log.

Firstly, sorry about my first post not being very informative. It was a long night of troubleshooting and I was pretty tired. I thought I attached the log but I guess something happened. I'm going to reinstall the NGXu because I know something isn't right. I get the same reg placard in every livery.
I'm not sure this log will be of any use because I couldn't reconnect to the the sim due to "out of hotkey spaces"? or something like that. So, this may be useless.

I'm going to do some testing right now. If I have more trouble I will definitely save the log.

Thank you

Edit: When I try to upload log I get "The extension log is not allowed" So here's the content below.

Okay, I think it may be a PMDG thing. I loaded the FSLA320 and PF3 works as usual. I loaded the NGXu and PF3 times out. I will submit a ticket with PMDG i guess, weird.

Unless of course the logs tell you otherwise.
Thanks again

When I try to upload log I get "The extension log is not allowed"
You need to zip the file before it is attached.

Got ya! I will try using the PMDG NGXu tomorrow night and send the proper file if it does hang.
I did a flight tonight with the A320 and all was well.

Thank you

Here is the debug file. So far no joy from PMDG.

The only thing I can see wrong in this log is you clicked on 'disconnect' several seconds after requesting taxi instructions. If you don't think you did then you must have a mouse macro or something similar messing with things
