Hi,
I planned KSAN-KPHX using PF3. Clearance Gave me 9000 ft initially with expect FL290 ten min after departure. After take off I put on a heading to the west and then given resume own nav instruction. Shortly thereafter climb to 11,000 ft. The rest of the flight I received traffic reports and freq changes but nothing about climb to FL290 or interim climbs. Requests using the hotkeys to go higher were ignored by PF3.

Is there anything I could have done to "wake up" ATC to the fact I was kept at such an inefficient altitude for so long. I will attach my log files for today in the hope you might see what went wrong.
By the way I endeavoured to fly the STAR by descending to chart altitudes at each waypoint and then ATC told me to go to 11,000 ft.

Cheers

Peter
