Very strange. This has to be some erroneous data in one of your PF3 files. Could you also attach your PF3.INI please

Aha! There you go. Take a look at the [Control] section of you PF3.INI file and Ctr34 has some strange characters. No idea how that happened but just change it to 15000 and your problem is fixed

Ctr33=15000
Ctr34=ª
Ctr35=15000
