I think the problems you are having are due to two issues: Last waypoint too close to the destination airport, and STARs box ticked on the SID/STAR page. Your last waypoint (BIRPO) is only 5 miles out. PF3 works best when the last waypoint is about 25-35 miles from the destination airport, so try the flight with HABBS (about 32 miles out) as the last waypoint in the PF3 flight plan. The STARs box determines whether or not you will get vectors after your last waypoint. If you want vectors after you reach HABBS, you should untick (de-select) the STARs box. If you have the STARs box ticked, you will not get vectors when you reach your last waypoint. PF3 will tell you which runway is active and you will need to get to the final approach course for the assigned runway on your own.

One other thing I noticed is it looks like you climbed above your initial clearance altitude before receiving instructions to climb further. When you repeat the flight I would suggest leaving NUBAN out of the flight plan as it is only about 9 miles from the departure airport. Use AVROS as your first waypoint. If you have the SID option on, as you did, you will not get vectors after takeoff. If the SID box is unticked you will get vectors.

Please attach the logs from the flight so we can see what happened. Also suggest you delete the ST designation for HABBS (do not set start of STAR at last waypoint). On the airport page for CYUL it is best to leave the transition altitude and FAF values (at lower right) at 0, so the default values will be used. In most cases these do not need to be changed so leave the setting at 0.
